No one has mentioned that one likely reason why MetalsTech did not work on the Cancet Lithium deposit in 2018 is because of the (in my opinion) worry that the money would be spent on claims that might later be lost. This is all the more reason why management should have clearly explained the situation with the 14-claims lawsuit. (And Adina is far from a highway - expensive helicopter access only - and the results are not as good as at Cancet)
