Frankly our Board has not been been performing or perhaps even behaving well in Canada in my opinion, and to clarify this I am basing that on the fact payments have apparently not been made on time to the vendor of our tenements under legal dispute and we've also had a dispute with our geologists resulting in assay results from Cobalt being withheld, so I suspect payments were not made there also, it's a logical conclusion. We've also got legal claims against us from past Directors/employees, for, wait for it, alleged unpaid wages or fees. It is not surprising that the Quebec Government might hold off paying us in these circumstances until such a time as a thorough audit of the company and it's claimed work has been conducted. I strongly suspect that if we spilled our Board, elected new Directors and settled all these many claims against us that Quebec would stop dragging it's feet. The Mining Ministry is heavily involved in all aspects of the industry and well connected to it's many players.
