Rick I think that most shareholders would subscribe on a 1to 1 at say .0125 with the Chinese to take at least 1 board seat ok even at 220 mil shares then on issue still ok if we get results early PS I don't want to see any free oppies issued to directors and of course a pay cut including getting rid of consultancy fee expences
