Well if I'm right about ASX rules only allowing an issue of the equivalent of up to 10% of issued shares then any capital raising at this price will be for a maximum of $140k, which isn't nearly enough for that. Any larger raising will require a meeting and a vote. Perhaps we can organise a vote on that at our spill meeting. I propose never to issue a new share to a member of our current Board of Directors.
