@adreamer, Maybe he just wants to get in ultra cheap or perhaps he's a trader (buy low, sell high kind of thing) or maybe he's working for the dark side? hmmmmm
Bucky, NZ Trader keeps a careful track of the announcements (you should know that) and he's going by the timing of when the first, second cohort MND patient began dosing and that there has been no announcement of that patient stopping, so he's made a very reason-able assumption.
