It will be interesting to see if we get a TH this week. Not sure of the rules (or even if there are any) regarding voting during a TH or the ability to hold a general meeting during a TH? I assume everything just carries on as normal.
As far as voting goes. Those lucky few that are able to personally attend the GM have until Friday to vote but for those voting online through ComputerShare the votes need to be in tomorrow.
As a side note, IMO if a SH does not cast a vote I think this vote should be forfeited. Many (possibly most?) shareholders don't ever vote personally and IMO companies often rely on these wasted votes to carry forward their resolutions.
