It's frustrating I know. I doubt that we'll get anything solid until the Phase 2 is wound up, but they've at least given us an indication that this should be mid-year. So June / July possibly? I'd be happier if they had said that they were in discussions with 'a' potential licensing partner instead of "partners" i.e. plural. Makes it sound to me like they are still at early stages instead of just agreeing the number of zeros on the cheque. IMO we'll likely hear more from the MND trial before we get firm news on the doggie deal.
