Terrible news for the Australian industry, Bruce Linton the head of Canopy Growth Corporation once told me that their biggest cost is compliance. Whilst not a direct manufacturing cost, I wonder how much of this is due to the incompetent ODC regulators.
No one will talk about in fear of reprisals but it's there, other jurisdictions just don't have the same incompetent oversight. Another 100 jobs will move off shore.
