Pretty sure I was one who warned against or called out the Laos corporate infrastructure was just another way to dodge revenue to CGB shareholders.
A colleague of mine is a Corporate Lawyer who will now be looking into this company for me pro bono as a few of the things I've mentioned have raised a few eyebrows. Some of the statutory directors duties aren't satisfied as being in the best interests of the company (and therefore its members) in my opinion.
