My question is... if this situation was on-going since March how come this is the first time shareholders are hearing about the situation now? If the joint venture is material to CGB then the demise of that venture in its current form would also be material to shareholders?
Another example where CGB have clearly failed or declined to maintain continuous disclosure to shareholders.
