Without full disclosure this could possibly be construed by some shareholders as a form of corporate thievery.

This is a public company is it not? Don't they have to have full disclosure? ark.. these cowboys are out of control,
blasting hundreds of millions of ridiculously cheap shares ( to god knows who) at will.

They're shockers these people! (and of course like others, I'm disgusted after buying into their 3.5 'company transforming bs of a couple of years ago), and now they pull this!

Isn't their some sort of regulatory body who can step in and at least force them to disclose the recipients of these shares?
If CGB have nothing to hide then it shouldn't be a problem- right?
