Not so sure that's the case here with 180markets
@rona142According to their website, the shares they buy are then transferred into individuals' brokerage accounts under their own HIN number.
Of course, in this case you're right in that they have their own interests at heart (don't we all lol..) but it does seem that 180markets gear themselves largely towards retail investors with a kind of 'alert' email service.
So the new 600m shares get launched on Friday (5th) and it'll be interesting to see if any are traded that day. The reason I say that is that I imagine the shares hit 180markets' books on Friday but wouldn't it then be the matter of a transfer into their clients' brokerage accounts ?
It might also be interesting to see if there'll be any subsequent change to Pnina and/or Solomon Feldman's substantial shareholder notifications ...
