The fact remains that we argued for an independent director and the ASX took notice. Arguing that the director be actually independent, the ASX will again take notice.

You can walk through your flowered fields towards another credit raise when all the money is gone. Approximately 5 quarters from now at the current rate of expenditure.

Unbiased conversation is something want to look into and define.

All in my opinion and a fully optimistic but realistic opinion at that.

My question to GoldDigger! above is posed to you as well.

Can you state why you think they are not independent? You also rightfully point out 'it's been required by the ASX' (that they be independent) whilst at the same time saying the existing BOD can just pick who they want?

Quite contradictory.

Clearly without shareholding and financial dependance, one would think that equates to independence?
