The asx has told them to keep operating they need to :
Change their board (likely because of too much family direct interest) and needs to be more independent
Start disclosing all things like the Legend debt which have gone undisclosed to shareholders
Hire a proper secretary as they (likely) weren’t complying to legalities properly such as lodging quarterlies and bas statements on time

They are conditions of relisting as an entity which all sounds like it probably was getting away with things they should have been doing properly all along ?!
