Basically convertible shares are issued under market price and then can be dumped on market for a profit. See how it worked out when the same lead manager did the same thing with CPH.

$1.53 / 26.28 = 0.056.

Thats 5.6c per share, even the way they tried to get this deal done and worded it like its a premium, the dodginess has already started.

Thats nail in the coffin for CAN.
