The S3 approval is the critical path - not the facility. Whether or not they have the facility finished right now is neither here nor there, they can continue to work on it in the background of the trial.

I'm interested to know if there are any companies commencing their phase 3 trials required for the registration of OTC products. Perhaps you could narrow the focus of your spreadshit on the trials that actually matter - OTC Product registration related. And yes, they will all be for CBD products, because (in case you missed it for the umpteenth time) this is the only Cannabinoid that has been down scheduled for sale OTC.

THC is still prescription only. Pretty simple concept really.

Well put abe, there is some validity to some of amb arguments and I do read through them because they encourage me to go confirm thing's I know about the company and keep my knowledge current.

However this whole point he has been pushing regarding THC vs CBD argument is actually distressing me because it is absurd.

THC is still a schedule 8 drug. That's the be and end all.
