    Isn't anyone worried that their "special" formula isn't patented? Whats to stop the first buyer from testing whats in it and putting a patent on it themselves? Unless of coarse it cant be patented because its just a standard cbd/thc isolate mix..? In which case the formula is not special at all.

    And isn't anyone worried that they are releasing a product that hasn't addressed the major issue of cannabinoid degradation whilst it sits on the shelves?

    Im not downramping, these are serious questions..
