Looking at the Black Market side of things. Some kid sneezes and gets a bloody noise and falls very ill while taking legal CBD made from the hemp market. A lot of questions are going to be asked followed by lawsuits.
The Black Market facilities are not secure and a poisons substance could contaminate the product. Is the Black Market going to guarantee their products are going to help their patients ?
