I think a 1 cent divvie would be appropriate and it reward shareholders handsomely.
Another possible consideration as well could be to offer to buy back non marketable share parcels totalling about 1/2 a million shares or so. These are most likely shareholders that invested in SAU several years ago and their holdings went below the saleable threshold of $500. Spending 150K on buying these guys out seems the right thing to do, given the circumstances of having the cash to do so.
The divvie and buyout would cost about $600K.
