    A dividend of 4c a share was suggested to me at the shareholders meeting by someone who should know.

    Should it not happen then I will know this company treats shareholders with contempt and will be a signal.

    You don't "suggest" things" at face to face shareholder meetings and not carry through with it.

    But and this is the big but, it was not going to come through until March when the money was in the bank
