IMO an example of JP's modus operandi is how, in an attempt to boost a then flagging HRZ share price he enveigled shareholders to substantially increase their HRZ shareholding to qualify for the new RVT IPO shares "but" without revealing until much later that these very same RVT IPO shares would be escrowed for two yrs .
