I think you will find this is only for Stage 1 being the open pit. We don't know the cash costs for the later and underground stages, but the estimated recovered gold is 7 times what you quoted. Possibility of further discoveries, so I will expect a rising Market Cap when they actually get into production.

Mind you I don't think this will be a mega multi bagger, but I expect it will show about 300% appreciation from here> Not sure when and I won't be retiring soon.
