He isn’t cashing OUT I think he is Cashing IN with the money raised at IPO he has got it to this stage now with the resources of a larger company it’s set to go to the next level. I am fully supportive of the direction this is going and well done to the Boards of both companies and Merchant for being able to bring this together.
