I can tell you what’s wrong with that .. CP1 holders really aren’t that keen on holding AC8 shares.

The market reaction this morning says as much.

10% below IPO is a terrible deal - this stock won’t trade above 17c between here and the deal being done IMO. Will be lucky to hold 16c today.

Basically if you got in at IPO your only hope of not losing is to accept the offer and hope AC8 shares start appreciating in value.

For anyone who thinks AC8 is a good stock to hold I suggest you research why it’s down some 90% and at multi year lows.

Hope ain’t a strategy.
