As stated , CP1 holders get 1.3 AC8 shares for every CP1 held. Then we are all Ac8’ers and CP1 will no longer be listed.
Deal isn’t done yet so buyers are wary I spose. In my opinion , it will def get done. If AC8 sp holds up , Cp1 shares are excellent value.
