    Thanks, Samy2001. But an increase in the CP1 share price will increase the valuation, which was 17.5m.

    Since the CP1 price has risen above the agreed purchase price, doesn't that mean ultimately AC8 will still buy for 17.5m even though the CP1 share price is higher?

    I don't know, I'm sorry. I just don't understand it.
