The thing is why do you think the news should have moved the price.
1. The patents protect canntab they are of no advantage to cgb, canntab could easily partner with anybody else if the terms are better than those offered by CGB.
2. There is no detail in the announcement as per normal
* How many boxes of pills is CGB getting for their $400k order
* What is the expected price a box of these tablets will sell for
* How much are they going to need to spend marketing these to physicians to get them to sell them over other alternatives
3. When can they actually start selling them?
