    The patent is just for the delivery system ie pill coating etc not remotely a blow to others looking to launch a product.

    The thing I don't understand is if canntab is the thing that will make or break CGB why aren't holders here invested in them directly. Holding CGB and getting only part of the benefit of their success seems odd.
