Serious internal spats
Competition coming at a gallop
A major investment which is doubtful at best and toxic to the companies future at worst.

And now the backbone of the business, and (for mine) its 'potential moat', namely the software which holds the 'magic source' which links patient with doctor with chemist says we aren't extending the agreement. Seriously, what software supplier upsets their cash flow meal ticket without good reason or better potential going forward. And even if they are held to their extension of the contract, what absolute mediocrity can we expect going forward. Afterall, their headsapce has already checked out with this announcement.
