This was always a risk. You guys discussed this months ago, you even alerted me to it... that was great research. I feel sorry for the holders, it's a mess. IMO this item wasn't well-disclosed in the annual report, their description left me with more questions than it answered. The one thing management kept trumpeting as its main source of value, it didn't even own. There's still a chance they will come to an agreement, but assuming C4C are truly an independent/unrelated party, then it won't be cheap. Ditto if they try to acquire it, assuming a valuation mechanism is not already contractually stipulated. Subject to a few dozen unanswered questions about the details of that licence, it looks like C4C may be in pole position to extract Vitura's profits.
