Hey all. I've been a holder of EXR for 4 years and have a large position and have slowly been accumulating a decent parcel in OMA too.
Incredibly exciting times for both companies albeit with differing approaches, nonetheless I think substantial rewards for shareholders of both will be forthcoming in the not too distant future.
Unlike some I do think championing one company while denegrating the other is completely self defeating, everyone can win here. The Taroom Trough is IMO going to be the gift that keeps on giving both for shareholders and for the entire Eastern seaboard.
