I believe OMA will be monitoring HAL closely. It seems OMA has an opportunity to learn from someone else's mistake.
It appears as you said the stimulation program is not ideal for EXR, which is likely why they has to conduct the flow test from all the zones together.
It's possible that identifying the most productive zone for optimization may not be crucial in this instance. It could simply be viewed as an experiment.
