Sorry that was a bit strong. The discussion started out quite helpful but I think trying to create accurate costs when there are still so many unknowns is crazy. To a certain extent, you are both right given the lack of absolutely perfect data.
Just put it to bed and move on. We are treading water a bit at the moment but I am very much looking forward to these drill results!
