He can't exercise any options if they haven't been VESTED. To date they are not vested, and being only time based hurdles for vesting, my question remains unanswered: why have they not been vested? You can make your own minds up on why, but so far I have only been dished out rubbish replies and obfuscation from the company. If the relationship is redundant, then tell us, and I will be happy to know we won't get further diluted by 30m shares if the strike prices ever do get into the money. Otherwise, what is he doing to assist the company, and 'earn' his reward, when Su seems to be flavour of the month, and our saviour?
