Some questions i will be asking and hope multiple people post them as well.

1. With the data from the bfs, why did they cap raise at 4.5c? Surely some existing holders would of been happy at a higher price?
The fact the cap raise was filled in an hour at 4.5c proves the price is ridiculous.

2. Why werent all existing shareholders offered the cap raise rather than just the board and corp advisers?

3. Who do the BOD report to, Shareholders or corporate advisers?

4. What is a more definitive word other than imminent that describes timing for receiving the mining convention?

5. What share price do they realistically expect the share price to be after the mining convention is recieved? If the answer is not 7c, what is the point of the 7c options?
