I think you are right re the local communities, the story of communicating to the locals the actual area to be mined could have been I feel a last hurdle we needed to get over and now as stated by JS the MC is within the highest level of Government to be signed.
So everything is in place with investors ready to talk nuts and bolts is my take on the situation and if Guinea are going to give the world some uncertainty on 22% of the world's bauxite supply and China's 23% is slowing then it could be a case of we have what is NEEDED and we all know that the greater the need the greater the price.
