No question in my mind, definitely it's the Chinese partner causing this delay. Of course the company wants it out\, and they're being made to look like fools. Being somewhat familiar with asx reports, feasibility studies and competent person sign offs my guess is that the lawyers are insisting on very specific sign-offs and warranties as required under our listing rules which are of course completely foreign to the chinese.
