I cannot understand why BODs would do this CR at the price of 10c. I have no doubt that Peter Su's involvement will bring in new clients, money and possibly future control. I thought CAY had a first class prospect yet the CR at 33% below pre issue SP to allow an investor take 7.5% of CAY at a 33% discount and provide 2 seats on the board is mystifying to me. For Peter Su to buy 7.5% on the open market his ave price may have been circa +20c (my guestimate). The future prospects of CAY would not have changed. Perhaps the BODs will offer an explanation. I will not be a seller at this time.
