All speculation at this point in time as to what Mr Su may or may not bring to the table. Giving him two board seats suggests that there is a strategic angle to the transaction (either that or the directors are fools). Seems worthwhile to hold on and see how things play out and if the share price falls closer to 10c, maybe even to buy a few more shares. All IMO and GLTAH.
