I think at the time of the placement from memory the price was around 22c - 23c.

The placement was at 15.5c and it was based on VWAP of the last 30 days of trading, which was very sneaky because the price rocketed over a few days.

That damaged Canyon and so it should have. Looking after the sophisticated guys at a very discounted price and didn't give retail a chance to be part of it. In the end, a lot of money wasn't in for the long haul anyway which was egg on the board's face.

The next placement was available to retail but none of the board members participated.

You really need to shake your head. On principle I don't blame punters for exiting!!
