After this announcement my own opinion is it’s now 249D time with a resolution to remove the MD.. The company has yet again failed to deliver on the promised shareholder value that’s been spruiked for sometime..
Forget the BS spin on “we are looking to create wealth for our shareholders” and the “finding a multimillion ounce resource and defining a jorc this year” (DM quotes from may 2021 interview with crux investor) it’s now highly unlikely..
Unless a rabbit or three are pulled out of a hat in Europe, this going concern will be gone..
