A terrible terrible example of another company listing at the heights of huge Covid tailwinds, allowing some early shareholders to sell a portion of their holdings at inflated values only for the share price to tank when reality sets in and cheap money evaporates.
The share price floats around the 20-30c range for 12-months and then suddenly 7-days before a cap raise is announced, the share price drops ~25% on quite low volumes. Then the 'sophisticated investors' come in and get a further 25% discount, picking up ~28% of the business for $6.5m.
What a disaster!
