I definitely wouldn't recommend to buy any shares until the capital raise closes and the new shares are trading on the market and the share price drops to that level.
If you're a believer in the market segment, the company and the management team then that's when I would recommend an entry. There will probably be some gains at that entry price, but keep in mind that it now has a tiny market cap, so trading volumes are low.
I bought a parcel a while ago so my average price is already too high. There's no way I'll be putting any further money in this one.
