Is this a positive development for ZIP's share price? Because the shareholders that bought in to the placement have their shares cancelled and if they want more shares, they have to buy from the market? If they have sold, they will definitely have to buy from the market to "return" the shares to ZIP for cancellation?
Or is it negative because these shareholders would be pissed off with ZIP and this is damaging to the management's credibility?
