For anyone worried about the length of time taken for the IDC loan to be approved, have a look at WWI. On 11/07 WWI announced interest from the IDC for a debt facility of US15.9m. Today WWI announced that the IDC have just started their due diligence process, the due diligence process started so late because the IDC were waiting for additional developments to be met first.

The IDC started their due diligence process for Minbos very shortly after announcing their term sheet, obviously because they were very happy with the phosphate project metrics. They are now waiting on the final step of the IDC credit committee finalising terms.
