I agree with all your points above, and I could be wrong but I've got it in my head that the MOU was more binding than a normal MOU. Having said that, I haven;t been able to find in reent announcments, at least not on my phonme last night so I've gone back to the MOU announcement re GA released on 14 December 2022 - "Historic Green Energy MOU signed for Capanda Green Amonia" and taken the below screen shot showing key points that might allay some of your concerns:


Obviously critical points to confirm with the company, but I don't believe this is something that a competitor can just steal from under our feet given the abover terms that commit both parties to compelte tasks, and the key third point outlining "The term of the MOU will conclude upon the signing of an Electricity Supply Contract or the completion of studies that demonstrate the project in not feasible."

Like you I am happy to be proven wrong or my research picked apart for all our benefit. I'll listen to all and sundry (with the odd exception ).
