Interest rate secured overnight financing rate plus 6.77%
That possibly 15-18% loan costs paid in arrears if I am correct in todays credit market
With a rate like above surprised this has not already be approved and production commenced
and waiting on term sheet 2 terms etc
IMO - a CR would hav been far cheaper over longer term and production would have already commenced - without millions more in running costs and interest payments before production commences
