You have been trying to talk this stock down for months - well before the last quarter report and using all sorts of ridiculous claims. The only claim with any substance was that they would do a cr. That one came true.
However, you were also calling for a 5c cr when the sp was near 7c and for the sp to then continue below 5c to 3c. Could you have triggered some of those small holders into taking a larger loss at a lower price closer to 7c? Have you helped them with the sp then rebounding strongly?
You say you are trying to help the mum and dad investors. By trying spamming the threads with negative posts what you MIGHT have achieved is slowing the sp rise and ensuring a lower cr price for the larger investors. Not so helpful for the smaller long term investors. I can participate in the cr but I would still have preferred to see it done from a higher sp for the benefit of all shareholders by minimising dilution.

The IDC loan is for US$14mill of the required $26mill. With this cap raise, the funding risk will be removed and construction can begin at full pace.
The company failed to deliver the full $26mill as non dilutive funding but at least they did so for the majority of it. I'm glad to see them getting it funded and we should now have little risk to first production this year. Roads and concrete were scheduled to start within a week. This cr keeps that on track.
