If that was the case, why did MInbos leave it so long? (until they were almost out of money). It feels more as though they waited for as long as they possibly could for the IDC loan to be approved, until they literally had no choice other than to raise to avoid insolvency.

@chuk advised all a CR was not required and IDC was a mere formality

Last quarterly showed true dire situation and cash burn explosion

Now add $2m plus in remuneration for 2024 and see who is doing well while retail holders hold out on miracles of hope
