Yes it would seem they waited to the last minute for the IDC loan. It is also possible that due to length of the loan approval things could have changed. It has taken around 6 months. Anyway all I care about is getting this construction started and having the funds to do it. It would also be nice if dilution was as minimal as possible. Also being the company was expecting this loan so long ago a CR wasn't required at the time. And now it is. So you can't discredit some one for that. Chuk has been a solid poster on here for along time and backs his research solidly. Just because the company hasn't met its targets doesn't mean a poster on here is at fault. We are just following what the company leads us to believe.
